Learn more at: www.cenergistic.com Watch our short video to see how we make a difference: Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role at Cenergistic by supporting key HR functions that foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. This role works closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and supports various departments with HR needs, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Administer compensation and benefit plans; assist employees with enrollment and questions. Process and manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Assist with the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. Promote employee engagement and development initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with legal and company requirements. Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance processes. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Skills and Competencies Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Cenergistic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
