• BS/BA degree in HR, Business or Communications
• Must have 2+ years working in Human Resources in a manufacturing or supply chain, logistics company that has a sense of urgency.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong software skills, quick learner with HRIS and talent management software
• SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Compensation $60-75K base, bonus, and benefits
