About the Role The Human Resources (HR) Generalist serves in the areas of employee relations, training and development, recruiting, performance management, benefits, compensation, and communication. The HR Generalist acts as a business partner to the management staff in the distribution organization and develops, interprets and communicates Human Resources policies and procedures to all Team Members. Key Responsibilities: Establishes and develops proactive communication channels between individuals and groups.
