Human Resources Generalist - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated : Job Details

Maintains new hire databases. Performs recruitment activities, attends job/college fairs as needed. Performs new hire orientation. Coordinates annual open enrollment process. Communicates changes to all employees. Assists employees with online enrollment process as needed. Handles day-to-day operational activities such as filing, basic employee and external informational requests. Submits and tracks workers compensation claims for injured employees to ensure they are following treatment. Participates on Activities Committee to plan employee engagement events. Maintains and coordinates educational assistance program and employee recognition program. Assists employees with general day-to-day inquiries on benefits, policy and general issues. Maintains personnel records accurately and confidentially. Education and Experience:2-year degree in Business Administration, concentration in Human Resources desired . years experience in Human Resources.
