We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist. In this position, the successful candidate will support the Human Resources function across a multi-state workforce, including both on-site and remote employees. This role is responsible for a broad range of operational HR duties and plays a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance, and learning and development systems. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement, employee engagement, and workplace best practices.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration across a multi-state workforce.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, education, and employee inquiries.
  • Support HR reporting using metrics in Paylocity, Greehouse ATS, etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS and other systems.
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives including LMS administration, training coordination, and tracking.
  • Lead or support strategic HR projects such as process improvements, system implementations, and other growth-based initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with changing local, state and federal requirements to ensure all policies and practices remain current.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' Human Resources experience
  • Experience managing HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms preferred (e.g., Paylocity, Greenhouse, Coursera)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and L&D best practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compensation$70,000-$85,000 USDCompensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.What We Offer:
