Our client in Rockland County, NY is looking to hire an HR Generalist for their manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity to build the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage payroll
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Heavy Employee Relations
• HR policy and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be out of Manufacturing
• Bilingual English/Spanish or experienced with translation applications
• Experienced with union and non union work forces
• Over 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
• 8 years of payroll experience
• Degree preferred
