Seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist-Professional to oversee human resources functions for 210-employee plant located in Louisville, MS! Great opportunity working for a stable, growing company. Position offers competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Integrate HR processes with corporate guidelines and policies.
  • Administer HR functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and develop HR Assistant.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage personnel files and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary.
  • Monitor HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR (or related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
  • SHRM-CP or SCP certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
