Human Resource Generalist- Bilingual Spanish

Bilingual Spanish Human Resource Manager is needed for our client with over 30 years of success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years Human Resource Management experience. This position reports to a fantastic manager!

Responsibilities

• Job posting, interviewing and process offer letters
• Background checking, chain of custody, and all pre-employment process
• Onboard new employees, assist with benefits enrollment
• Process injury claims with Worker's Compensation vendor
• Assist in dealing with Employee & Labor Relations
• Update personal files
• Maintain attendance records
• Other duties assigned my manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 3 years minimum experience as Human Resources Generalist or equivalent
• Strong communicator with verifiable bilingual English/Spanish skills required
