Job Title: HR Generalist

Contract to Hire opportunity

100% on-site

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Generalist will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with all applicable labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with at least 3 of relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
