This is a key Human Resources position to support multiple retail automotive operations in our Dallas/Lubbock market. Working closely with the field operations team to include the dealership general managers and department managers, this position will directly support our Group 1 employees. This position will report directly to the Dallas/Lubbock Market HR Manager and is based at one of our Dallas or Lubbock locations.We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions including, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and performance management.
