#x 9; Lead full cycle recruiting for restoration technicians and other roles. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and external partnerships. Partner with managers on workforce planning, hiring, and performance management. Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance. Support employee engagement, onboarding, and training programs. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and ensure compliance with laws/policies. Qualifications 37 years of HR experience (mix of recruiting HRBP/generalist). Bachelors degree in HR Management (required). Strong track record in recruiting and talent acquisition. Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. PHR/ SHRM-CP certification a plus.
