At EAS Construction, our strength comes from our people. Guided by purpose and driven by passion, we're looking for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English/Spanish) to help us grow, support our workforce, and keep our teams thriving in the construction industry.

What You'll Do

As our HR Generalist, you'll be the trusted partner for employees and leaders across the division. You'll:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to bring in top talent.
• Manage HR records, compliance, and policy updates.
• Support performance management, engagement, and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies and training programs.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Travel (up to 25%) to career fairs, training, and off-site visits.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience: Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field; 2–5 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred).
• Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish required), HR systems knowledge (Workday, COINS, Excel, Google Sheets), and strong understanding of labor laws.
• Qualities: Strong communicator, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.

Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Fri 7:30 AM–11:30 AM
