Job Summary

Position Title: Human Resources Generalist

Reports to: Sr. Director of People & Culture

Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR duties with a focus on immigration compliance, provider contracting, Benefits, and Leaves. The goal is to ensure the People & Culture department's operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal teams to create and track end-to-end provider contracts.
  • Drive the credentialing process for providers to enable onboarding.
  • Facilitate visa applications and track candidate statuses.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee files and timekeeping.
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Assist with onboarding, focusing on streamlining the new hire experience.
  • Communicate with new hires before their start date regarding work schedules and contract details.
  • Gather feedback from new hires on their onboarding experience.
  • Manage the exit interview process.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new HR technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including benefits and LOA management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ability to quickly learn HRIS and Talent Management systems (currently NetSuite, iCIMS).
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus.
  • Experience with immigration compliance or global mobility.
  • Strong skills in people relations, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, organization, benefits, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Salary: $55,000-$70,000
