Human Resources Generalist 1 - State of Montana : Job Details

The Human Resources Generalist 1 is responsible for a wide variety of tasks to support the daily operations in HR. This includes HR metrics, posting positions, screening applications, interviewing for all of DOJs divisions positions, managing paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, and conducting new employee orientation. Additionally, the position will be responsible for assisting with the HR email inbox, processing confidential information, Docu. Sign management, and conducting Ergonomic Assessments. This is a modified position, legislatively funded through the legislature every two years. Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree in related field. Two years of relevant experience. Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
