WCMHS is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations, ensuring our people practices reflect both legal standards and our commitment to equity, inclusion, and compassionate care. As a member of the senior leadership team, this role oversees workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, staff development, and risk management—while guiding a dedicated HR team to deliver responsive, high-quality services.

What They are Looking For

• Graduate degree in business, legal studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven HR leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, payroll, and benefits administration
• Skilled in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
