The Director will align HR strategies with business development objectives by enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

• Onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition within the BD group.

• Proven experience supporting a BD team in the CRO/CMO/CDMO space. Global experience is a plus.
