HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR - Property Management : Job Details

RDG is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Director to lead and manage the HR functions across its ESOP-owned subsidiaries including PMI, CVC, CVEP, and C. F. Acri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resource Payroll team, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, administering employee benefits, and managing ESOP and 401(k) plans. This role also includes oversight of workers compensation and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Human Resource Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Develop, implement, and maintain employee policies in alignment with company values and legal requirements. Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
