In Human Resources Director (HRD) role reporting to the CEO, you will have 24 hour a day/seven day a week responsibility for the Human Resources Departments in a large and busy hospital. This role provides professional level planning, reporting and analysis to support the goals and objectives of the organization; resolves conflicts to protect the organizations assets; provides expertise and recommendations to support management decisions. The HRD ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies.
