This role will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, strengthen organizational performance, and support the development of a high-performing, engaged workforce in a merit shop environment.TRC provides a competitive compensation package that includes salary, a profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits, reflecting the importance of this role and the qualifications of the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and retention efforts
• Promote a positive employee relations culture that reflects merit shop values
• Oversee performance management, employee development, and leadership coaching
• Design training programs that build skill, safety, and leadership capability
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations
• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR systems to support satisfaction and retention
• Oversee HR technology and systems to maximize efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree + 7 years progressive HR leadership (construction industry preferred, but not required)
• A commitment to merit shop values
• Strong knowledge of employment law, talent development, and workforce strategy
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
