Position SummaryThe Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager for La Jornada is responsible for the implementation, training, documentation, and ongoing compliance with ORR Policy Section 4, 5, and the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment; establishing a respectful and supportive workplace environment; elevating to program leadership and ORR issues or concerns.
ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator (HR CQI Coordinator) is responsible for HR related NYAP policy, contract, and state/county compliance; auditing HR files and ensuring compliance; standard operating procedure identification and documenting; key performance indicator reporting and analysis; and internal communications and training. The HR CQI Coordinator for La Jornada position may include the following, as well as other duties assigned:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience identifying standard operating procedures and key performance indicators and experience writing related technical procedure manuals, training staff, and auditing. Excellent customer service and communication skills focused on caring for people, connecting communities, and promoting peace. Works well independently and as a team member. Openness to travel as required. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
Physical DemandsUse of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity. Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands. Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying. Ability to travel frequently and drive vehicle while sitting for extended periods, with frequency varying based on program demands.
