Complete on-boarding process for new hires, including and not limited to Collecting and filing New Hire documents Background screening completion Certification verification prior to onboarding Credentialing information Workday HRIS and ATS coordination and set-up I-9 processing Extensive follow-up and communication with New Hires to ensure a timely onboarding experience. Assist with recruiting needs Assist with personnel file audits Actively engage and support the Human Resources team Support on-site events, as needed Provide positive in-person customer service to colleagues, vendors, clients and visitors Create and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation Requirements: High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred One to Three years of experience working in Human Resources Excellent multi-tasking skills High level of customer service Ability to be flexible and work independently Excellent ...Human Resource, Coordinator, Administrative
