As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the HR management team. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet and assist employees, managers, and candidates, providing accurate information and responding to inquiries both in-person and via phone. Manage the internal Make It Right recognition program. Support the preparation, organization, and execution of various HR programs and initiatives by coordinating meetings, creating materials and presentations, and ensuring timely follow-up. Lead the Travel with Purpose program by organizing monthly donation drives and volunteer events for Team Members. Assist with New Hire Orientation preparations. Plan, design, print, and distribute/post the monthly HR newsletter. Utilize Birchstreet to create Purchase Orders as needed.
