LifeView Group is a nonprofit human services organization with a mission of helping people throughout lifes journey. The primary duties include performing office work related to Employee Relations, Risk, and Compliance. Responsibilities also include clerical duties such as preparing monthly reports, scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, providing information to callers, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.

• High School Diploma or GED and at least one (1) year of Human Resources experience required.
• Effective communication skills, including writing and presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating patience, tact, and respect.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including background checks.
