As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience from onboarding to offboarding while supporting key HR initiatives that drive our culture forward.
What Youll Do:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Assist with recruiting, training, and employee engagement efforts. Partner with Marketing to manage the companys social media presence, sharing engaging content that reflects our culture and values. Develop internal communications materials such as handbooks, benefits guides, and event flyers. Plan and coordinate company events, volunteer initiatives, and employee celebrations. Provide backup support to the front desk coordinator as needed. Carry out and support Mid-City Electrics core values of Exceptional Work Ethic, Always Doing the Right Thing, Customer Service Driven, and Treating Our People Like Family. What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent HR experience. Familiarity with HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems. Experience managing company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus! Ability to build relationships, show empathy, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to present information clearly and tactfully. Success in This Role Looks Like:

- Compensation for the HR Coordinator role ranges from $52,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and is a great starting point for an HR professional looking to grow in their career!
