What you will do:
- Manage employee records and data within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with coordinating and delivering all onboarding and offboarding activities
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures
- Track compliance documents, training records, and employment eligibility forms
- Create reports and dashboards using UKG data for audits and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate HR communications, including announcements, calendars, and documentation
- Maintain a high standard of detail in all documentation and process tracking
What you will need to be successful:
- 2-4 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in a mid-to-large company
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Strong working knowledge of UKG software or similar HRIS (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Ready)
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
- Familiarity with employment laws, compliance practices, and confidentiality standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high accountability
