Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!Advanced Care Hospital of Montana in Billings, Montana is a freestanding critical care and inpatient rehabilitation hospital providing advanced interdisciplinary care to patients with critical, complex, and recovery-focused medical needs. Position overview: Assist the Human Resources department with the new hire onboarding process, file management and payroll duties.   • Minimum three (3) years Human Resources experience required
  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources, State and Federal laws required; Joint Commission knowledge preferred for Hospital positions.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer
  • Knowledge of principles for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • MS Office skills required, especially Outlook, Excel,
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
