This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, efficient recruiting logistics, and effective coordination of employee-related programs and events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and brings a proactive, team-first attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting SupportSchedule candidate interviews (Zoom and in-person) in coordination with recruiters and hiring managersManage the global onboarding process, including background checks, employment paperwork, and system entriesCoordinate logistics and travel for campus recruiting events and on-site interviewsMaintain personnel files (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentialityProcess recruiting and HR expenses via Concur for the Head of HR and Recruiting teamHR Operations & Employee EngagementAssist in planning and executing firmwide training sessions, networking events, on-site clinics, and team-building eventsCoordinate and track multiple New Hire Orientation programs: manage scheduling, attendance, and materialsSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes for staff meetingsLead and maintain the centralized vacation tracking process: gather monthly input, generate reportsHandle sensitive employee information with discretion and integritySupport ad hoc HR and recruiting projects as requiredSkills & RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail; ability to audit and spot inconsistenciesProactive and fast learner, eager to take on new responsibilitiesCalm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-orientedHigh degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationPositive team player with a humble, “can-do” attitudeAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsHighly dependable with a strong sense of accountability and respect for deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems and databases a plusEducation: BA/BS degree preferredExperience: 3–5 years of administrative or business experience; prior experience in HR or recruiting strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
