We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Tampa, Florida office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the day-to-day operation of HR services including being responsible and ensuring consistency of HR programs. As a member of the company's Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator will provide support and services to the more senior team members to help support the divisional goals which will impact the overall company's goals. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities:
Support the Recruitment team with: scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting phone pre-screens, writing and posting job descriptions, conducting reference checks, coordinating job offers, social media branding, attending local recruitment events
Provides administration for Human Resource programs including, drafting letters/offers/contracts, compiling reports and processing changes to Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and files.
Update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems for current and future opportunities
Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR programs, policies, procedures, and communications.
Responsible for conducting company and benefits orientations.
Researches on varying levels for HR best practices and projects.
Maintains personnel files, including creating files for new employees.
Examines personnel files to answer inquiries and provide the information to authorized persons.
Processes employment, payroll, and benefit enrolment change notices and/or initial forms.
Creates and maintains automated reports.
Performs administrative support and technical assistance in the delivery of Human Resources services to employees and managers.
Assists more experienced human resources staff members in solving human resources problems.
