Description Overview
The HR Coordinator performs administrative and HR-related services to support the facility's HR functions. They should be familiar with HR policies, procedures, and relevant laws. This role supports our home health ancillary services.
Essential Job Functions
Manage timekeeping systems and assist in labor management. Handle hiring and onboarding processes, including recruiting, interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and orientation. Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations on hiring, counseling, or discipline. Use various software for recruiting, timekeeping, and reporting. Maintain confidential personnel files in compliance with regulations. Ensure staff completes required training and in-services, communicating policies effectively. Provide weekly reports and collaborate with corporate HR staff. Cross-train in other business office tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum two years' experience in payroll, timekeeping, and recruiting in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Experience in payroll processing preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Regency is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
