Human Resources Clerk - Schreiber Foods : Job Details

Human Resources Clerk 2 pm-10 pm Monday-Friday. Hours and shifts can vary due to business needs. What youll do. Perform administrative, confidential recording of partners vaccination status. Records will be maintained in the Workday Human Capital Management System. Perform administrative, confidential recording of partners Covid-19 test results. Records will be maintained in Workday. Communicate with partners about scheduling and/or quarantine implications based on test result. Assist in completing contact tracing with partners. Follow HIPPA requirements and employment laws; maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and medical information. Provide customer service and trouble shoot issues to resolve partner questions related to COVID processes and procedures. This role will need to adhere to all PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements of Schreiber Foods, including but not limited to wearing a face covering while in the workplace.
