Human Resources Business Partner/Program Analyst - KeyLogic Systems : Job Details

KeyLogic is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner/ Program Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Morgantown, WV (Hybrid). The Support/ Analyst will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Energy Team. This position will provide the Energy Team Leaders with detailed research, statistical reporting, and information requests, perform clerical functions, prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings. Position Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or Business. Experience with foreign national employees is preferred 2 years of administrative experience, supporting senior level management. Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of changing priorities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
