The Manager, HR Business Partnership works in close connection with the business and provides strategic partnership. This teammate provides HR leadership for our Prescott, AR manufacturing plant. We are looking for an HR professional with the ability to drive collaboration and build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of internal customers. This teammate has a passion for people, builds strong relationships, and engages with teammates at all levels of the organization. This teammate will participate as a member of the site leadership team, offering support to ensure we have a safe and engaged teammate population.What You'll Be DoingEnsure HR focus is to support the business operations and prepare the team for growth. The business experience with HR should be best in class regardless of the individual representing the team.Act as strategic partner to site leaders, partnering to drive teammate engagement and teammate development opportunitiesFoster a collaborative relationship between management and union representatives, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture that respects collective bargaining agreements.Serve as the primary liaison between management and union representatives. Collaborate with union leadership on contract negotiations, grievance processes, and other union-related matters.
