We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner with 7+ years of experience, ideally within architecture and design or the professional services industry. They are adept at partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and have a track record of supporting the hiring and retention of top talent. Overview The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic consultant to department and office leaders, aligning talent strategies with business needs. This role focuses on workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and employee engagement. The HRBP will partner closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to lead and execute firmwide HR initiatives, supporting approximately 100+ employees within Vocons east region. Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive talent strategy and workforce planning
- Partner with managers to drive performance, engagement, and retention
- Lead succession planning and talent reviews with the Studio Directors in the Eest region
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and recommend improvements
- Support management and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HRBP in the West to ensure seamless HR delivery
- Partner with HR team when fielding all employee HR questions and strategic firmwide HR initiatives
- Implement organizational development, succession planning, and DEI initiatives that support and align to Vocon's strategic priorities.
- Advise on complex employee relations and change management strategies related to the position
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for exempt and non-exempt roles, including workforce planning, strategic sourcing, interviewing, selection, including networking and career fairs to build candidate pools
- Oversee the online recruiting system and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems as well as ATS systems to ensure accurate employee and candidate records
- Collect and retain market compensation data for regional compensation analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align social media recruiting strategies with employer branding goals.
- Facilitate regular staffing strategy meetings with Studio leaders to assess workforce needs and pipeline planning.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and conduct reference and background checks aligned with company policies when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience; preferably in mid-size company environments scaling for growth, including business partner or consultative roles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting multi-site,multi-state, or geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
