Human Resources Business Partner - Westlake Chemical Corporation : Job Details

The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to:Provides counseling, support and advice to management & employees in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues (progressive discipline, conflict resolution, investigations and terminations). Reviews related documentation, policies, and/or procedures and presents recommendations for action and resolution. In conjunction with Site Manager, manage union relations at Aberdeen facility, including facilitating union/management meetings, managing the grievance process, and providing strategy and execution in labor negotiations. Coaches and consults with local management in leveraging performance through people by directing the application and maintenance of the company's performance management system.
