We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to help us elevate our people practices, drive leadership development, and support the incredible work our operational and clinical teams do every day. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with operational and clinical leaders to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that promote growth, performance, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and termination processes.
  • Leverage HR data, metrics, and analytics to inform people of decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Coach and support facility leaders and HR representatives to strengthen leadership skills and team effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training and development programs that align with our leadership development goals.
  • Conduct fair and objective investigations into employee concerns and HR-related complaints.
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Promote employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that improve retention and morale.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP /SHRM-SCP preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or operational support role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and performance management practices.
  • Proven ability to use HRIS tools and data to support strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage, though not required, we value a passion for learning and adaptability.
  • A genuine interest in leadership development, culture, and people growth is essential.
Benefits:
  • Compensation: $60-75K DOE
  • Location: Austin, Texas supporting
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Employee

  • Travel: Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time. Most travel will take place in and around the Austin, Texas metro area, with occasional trips outside the territory as needed for business.
