In this role, you won't just support transformation-you'll lead it. The HR Business Partner acts as a key advisor to corporate teams, helping guide important HR and business initiatives. This role focuses on HR data and data management, in addition to talent management, including succession planning and leadership development, while also driving HR strategies that support company growth. It involves improving HR systems, leading major projects, supporting change efforts, and using data to make smart decisions. The HR Business Partner also supports hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and helps position the company as a great place to work. What you will do Partner with corporate leaders to guide high-impact HR strategies and talent initiatives Lead the charge in optimizing HR systems (HRIS), data analysis, and strategic planning Champion leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement Deliver actionable insights through custom dashboards and reporting tools Manage complex HR projects, drive change, and streamline processes Promote Litehouse as an employer of choice through exceptional onboarding and hiring strategies Help shape policies and ensure company-wide compliance with employment law Integrate HR systems across departments to improve efficiency and data accuracy What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with demonstrated success in strategic HR leadership 4+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and projects SPHR, PHR, or similar certification preferred Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau for developing interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards Proven experience managing and optimizing HRIS platforms to support HR operations and strategy Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex HR initiatives aligned with business goals Deep understanding of HR strategies that drive growth-talent management, succession planning, and organizational design Ability to conduct advanced data analysis, interpret complex metrics, and translate insights into strategic actions Expertise in change management, especially around HRIS upgrades and system implementations Proficiency in leading and improving HRIS systems for enhanced data management and reporting capabilities We do not offer sponsorship All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
