Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, onboarding, and orientation programs
  • Process personnel actions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, leave requests, and terminations
  • Track and address staffing needs, ensuring timely submission and follow-up on Personnel Action Requests (PARs)
  • Assist with employee relations and provide guidance on benefits, leave, and policy interpretation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and support the integrity of HR data systems
  • Prepare and submit required reports to support compliance and operational tracking
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align staffing and personnel strategies with departmental goals
  • Manage deadlines and adjust quickly to shifting organizational priorities

Qualifications of the Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms; ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
