Lead the HR function for the New York branch of the company and report to the international Head of HRAct as an employee resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and moreManage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve issues as neededOversee performance management and review processProvide support for company DEI initiatives and implement best practicesEnsure total compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and statutesSalary: $150-180k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, generous PTO, and wellness perks!Skills and Qualifications
