The ideal candidate has experience in the public sector, including performance management support and misconduct investigation work in a union setting. Position Profile:The successful candidate will join a team of three HR Business Partners who all report to the Human Resources Director. The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to assigned departments and provides support with employee relations, including workplace investigations, accommodations, and employee development.
