This role offers hands-on experience supporting business leaders and employees within the Customer and Markets Organization. Essential Responsibilities include: Support the Global Lead HRBP in executing HR programs aligned with business goals, including performance management, talent development and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with leaders in the Customer and Markets team to design and implement medium-to long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
