The Company is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Business Advisor Lead, Executive Director to join their dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to senior business leaders, focusing on talent development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and culture enhancement. This role is pivotal in aligning business and people priorities, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advising on organizational and leadership matters, as well as leading transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, upskilling, talent and diversity strategies, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves managing risks, providing strategic insights, and influencing change management initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant HR experience, and at least 5 years' as a people manager. A strong background in HR strategies and operations, particularly in a customer-focused operating model, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strategic, transformational, and innovative mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making. Strong relationship management, communication, and influencing skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have a preference for Asia-Pacific experience and be familiar with the regulatory environment, as well as possess a strong discipline in time management.
