About the Opportunity We are seeking an energetic HR Shared Services Assistant with an ownership attitudetosupport the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, processing employment transactions in Workday, maintaining and auditing personnel files, data entry, providing human resources-related customer service, training field resources and reps on systems and other processes, scanning documents, organizing information, and otherHRclerical functions as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Experience in providingHRServices support across multipleHRfunctions in a helpful and timely manner when it comes to employee life cycle, benefits, sick time/leave of absence requests, records administrations, employee relations, analyzing data, andHRprojects
  • Experience withHRSystems of record and ticketing management system
  • Experience in resolving inquiries from employees onHRprocesses
  • Abilitytowork independently and within a team
  • Abilitytoprioritize and handle multiple assignment sin a fast- paced environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not essential
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and view no task astoo large ortoo small
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Drive improvements by contributing innovative ideas to enhance HR processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, upbeat, and approachable demeanor, showing care and discretion in every interaction
Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience as aHRAssistantor similar juniorHRrole
  • Experience with Workday, SharePoint, Zendesk or Accurate
  • Knowledge of labor laws, benefits management, and general HR processes
  • A passionate HR enthusiast who loves helping people thrive!

  • Ability to work both independently and as part a team.

Additional Information

This full-time, non-exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.

  • Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 DOE; may be eligibleforbonus
