Position Overview

General Description
Supervises daily activities of the Human Resources Division and functions. Works independently with limited supervision and reports major activities periodically.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources, or a related field. One year of relevant experience may substitute each year of education. Requires four (4) years of HR experience in compensation or related areas, including one (1) year of leadership experience.
