Human Resources Assistant - Onin Staffing : Job Details

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM

Full-time: 40 hours per week with potential overtime

What You'll Do as a Human Resources Assistant:

Recruit and screen candidates for open positions

Support onboarding and pre-employment processes

Maintain and organize HR records

Assist with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment processes

Conduct monthly safety training sessions for plant employees

Collaborate with leadership on staffing and retention initiatives

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

HR experience: 3-5 years (manufacturing preferred)

Education: Degree in HR Administration or equivalent experience

Tech-savvy: Proficient in ADP HCM Vantage, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Attention to detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and compliance

Hablamos Espaol: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
