Human Resource Manager - ARAMARK : Job Details

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The Human Resources Manager will provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE). This position is responsible for managing and administering several key HR processes.

• Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations for corporate COE's, including hotline call responses, investigations, corrective actions, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Employee engagement initiatives, including development and follow-up of engagement action plans, and coordination of corporate engagement and celebration activities.
• Talent acquisition, including programs like Accelerate to Leadership and Step Up to Leadership.
• HR metrics reporting and analysis.
• Assistance with benefits and payroll as needed.
• Onboarding programs and initiatives.

• HR/SPHR certification preferred; proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required.
• Experience in Human Resources planning and organizational development desired.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in employment relations, including investigations and resolution development.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and consult effectively with management at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Ability to train and present effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial and business objectives, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative to improve processes as needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
