Job title: Human Resource Manager
Location: On-site with flexible hours | Canton, Ohio
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 base (depending on experience) + bonus Eligible

Key Responsibilities (Human Resource Manager):
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and workforce development
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategy
- Oversee compliance, internal policies, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and strategic planning
- Champion initiatives that enhance company culture, and employee engagement
Qualifications (Human Resource Manager):
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including team or program leadership
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM preferred but not required)
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and implement innovative, employee-centered strategies at the departmental level
