Job Summary:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), with a focus on Workday. This role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy and security of HR data and reporting.
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver system solutions.
- Train and support end users on Workday functionality.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.

- Proven experience managing HRIS systems, with strong expertise in Workday.
