This position is 100% remote (within the US); remote but limited travel will be required for meetings, and onsite events. Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST Salary Range $65,000.00-$75,000.00/Annually

They serve as a key link between employees and management, ensuring smooth operations across multiple HR areas. From recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations, the HR Generalist wears many hats to support the overall workforce strategy. By serving as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, the HR Generalist is essential in creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws while nurturing a safe, welcoming, and engaged work environment. They are the backbone of the HR department, supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring that HR strategies align with the overall business goals.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and/or equivalent experience. PHR/SPHR certification a plus. Minimum five (5) years' Human Resources experience with strong working knowledge and understanding of employment laws, labor laws, related regulations, human resource principles, practices, and procedures across multiple states required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Extensive End-to-End recruiting experience for corporate and clinical roles. Experience with HRIS systems, Paypro/Workforceone a plus. Multi-state payroll knowledge, extra points.
