Human Resource Coordinator | FUSD District Office - Flagstaff Unified School District : Job Details

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all personnel functions related to certified, licensed professionals, ancillary and administration including initial salary placement; recruitment & selection process, assignment and transfers; position control; annual and periodic review of certificated credentials; contract negotiations; and other areas of personnel management. It is of great importance that this position works together with Business Services, Operations, Teaching and Learning, and Student Service departments to ensure the quality staffing and learning environment requirements. Qualifications Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or organizational leadership preferred Two years' experience working in human resources Bilingual - preferred.
