At Copart, we are currently seeking an experienced Divisional People Partner to join our team.As a Regional HRBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the assigned business unit or region, communicating, and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives. and promoting positive employee relations within the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and enhancing employee engagement. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers in effectively dealing with employee relations issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about employee well-being and wants to make a meaningful impact in the workplace. Achieving success in the Regional People Partner role demands a wealth of professional experience and a deep understanding of the field.The HRBP you will work closely with and report to the Director of HR to provide comprehensive HR support to the organization.Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and employees.
  • Adhere to the company's ‘open door' policy to build rapport with team members and leadership to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations and by applying a high level of professional judgment and independent thinking
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations by applying a high level of professional judgement with compliance guidelines.
  • Extensive professional experience applied to investigations and employee relations cases to reduce risk and company liability.
  • Implementing a proactive approach and identifying gaps and similarities between high-priority complex cases to mitigate the risk and sensitive matters.
  • Clear and transparent communication to create trust between team members and to maintain integrity, credibility, and mutual respect
  • Foster a culture of integrity by promoting honesty, accountability, and ethical behavior in all aspects of the workplace.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all employee communications, ensuring clarity, integrity, respect, and constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases of employee relations activities and investigation files.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Five plus years of previous experience in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR Certifications preferred (PHR or SHRM-CP).
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  • Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • In-office position.
  • Required 25% travel.
